The Ultimate program – usually targeted for a specific race at the end of athlete’s training/racing  season.Rates start from $200.00/month depending on the degree of customization. In addition
to Popular Program’s benefits an athlete will receive:*
 

v     Free one-on-one session each week

v     Triathlon specific plyometrics

v     Fitness assessment tests for all three disciplines as well as, flexibility, core strength tests and protocols to eliminate
any current inefficiencies

v     Heart Rate and Wattage output guidelines for each session

v     Nutrition and supplements advice

v     Optional Weekend training trips to Denver/Boulder, CO (during base period training)
